How we live up to our social and environmental responsibility

To ensure high quality and environmental standards, ARA and its subsidiaries have quality management systems and environmental management systems in place (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EMAS regulation). Compliance with these standards is consistently monitored and reviewed through regular internal and external audits.

Certified online reporting system

ARA’s online reporting system adheres to the same standards as online banking systems. It is one of the country’s most secure web applications, which has been confirmed by ÖNORM A 7700:2008-12 certification by an independent third party since 30 December 2015. The ÖNORM standard is unique in the EU; it guarantees a thorough audit of the source code to make sure that the data, functions and IT systems are protected from unauthorised access. Only 20 web applications are certified to this standard in Austria. As our customer, you can rely on us to provide the highest standard of data security.
